Ingredients-
For Kofta’a
3-4 tbs. Besan
1 Lauki (Grated)
3 Boiled Aloo (Meshed)
Salt to taste
1tsp. Red chilli powder
1tsp. Coriander powder
1tsp. Amchur powder
1/2tsp. Garam masala
Refined For Frying
Kofta Do Pyaaza
2 medium onions (Square Cut)
1 Red capsicum (Square Cut)
1Yellow capsicum (Square Cut)
1tsp. Red chilli powder
1tsp. Coriander powder
1tsp. Amchur powder
1/2tsp. Garam masala
1tsp. Jeera
Tomato pure(2medium tomato)
1/2tsp Elaichi & Saunf powder
Hara dhaniya
2tbs. Oil
Method:-
First you have to make kofta’s take a bowl add grated lauki, meshed potatoes, spices and besan mix it well add litle bit oil and make a soft dough give it a rest for 15mins. Now greece ur hands with oil and start making balls equal size and deep fry them untill they turn nice golden colour drain all oil and keep aside.
1. Take pan heat some oil add jeera, onions and capsicum saute them untill they turn soft.
2. Add spices- salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur and elaichi powder mix it all well.
3. Cover it and let it be cooked for atkeast 5mins. Now add tomato pure and cook it in low flame untill oil separates.
4. Now add kofta’ in masala and mix all well cover it and let them cook for 6mins on low flame.
5. Add garam masala and hara dhaniya mix it well and serve hot with lacchedar paratha.
