Bhajahori manna
With the fastest life of new era pure bong recipes were gradually disappearing from bong kitchen as they were so time consuming n quite difficult to manage for a working lady whose single second is very precious.
Due to this for preservation of authentic bengali cuisine a resturant wid a no of outlets started its food walk which is now known as Bhajahari Manna.
The name derives from the famous bengali song of Manna Dey “Ami Sri Sri Bhajahari Manna”,where bhajahari manna is a chef who knows almost all type of cuisines across the world.
as bhajahari manna serves bong food ,so its obvious its speciality is fish as fish n bong r almost synonymous.they serve almost all sorts of authentic recipes like sorshe iilish, dam chingri, chingri malaikari, chitol muithya, bhetki paturi n so on.there is kosha mangsho too for meat lovers.
