Its for sure that for being famous u need not be special but just stars need to shine
laxminarayan shaw was a sokdier at ina under Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose .He got wounded in battle and Netaji gave him some money as compensation n advised to open a Telebhaja shop in kolkata that was the starting of Laxminarayan Shaw telebhaja shop at Rupbani ,near hatibagan which is now famous as laxminarayan shaw and sons.

They make chops from morning to night. In the morning they serve aloochop, pneyaji ,beguni ,fuluri and in the evening besides the previous they make kashmiri chop, Paneer chop ,Soyabeen chop ,Paneer cutlet and so on.
