Saag Meat 

Winter is here now lets eat something super hot!!. So today i make this one of my favourite Saag Meat. Mutton is like yellow dal for me 😂😂 i can cook in few minutes. Have a look easy recipe for Saag Meat and if you like it please share it on facebook so that your friends also can read it. 
500 Gram Mutton
1Cup Curd
2 Tomatoes
3 Onions
2 Green Chillies
2tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1tsp turmeric Powder
Kasture Methi
1tsp. Coriender Powder
Salt to taste
2tsp. Mutton Masala (Everest)
1tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
3tbs. Desi Ghee
250 Gram Palak
2tbs Mustad Oil

First we have to wash palak 3-4 times and chopped it.

Now take a pressure cooker add chopped palak litle bit salt and water just half cup and pressure cook it and after that grind it in a mixer.

Marinate the mutton. Take a bowl add mutton salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and curd mix it all well and give it a rest for 1hour.

Now take pressure cooker heat some mustad oil add chopped onions and jeera saute them untill onions turn golden or oil start separating.

Add marrinated mutton in a pressure cooker cook it for atleast 15mins on a low flame or untill mutton cooked 50% now add spices – Salt, red chilli powder, coriender powder and mutton masala mix it all well and cook it another 15mins on low flame.

Now add tomato pure or chopped mix it all well add 3 or 4 tbs of desi ghee and pressure cook it for 10mins or untill mutton cooked 75℅.

Final step add palam pure mix it all well and pressure cook it untill mutton cooked well crush some kasturi methi and serve hot with rice or fulka.

    Do we need to add water in the cooker while cooking mutton ?

      Its upto you but i didn’t any water if i am making saag meat
