Makki Di Roti & Sarso Da Saag

Winters Special Makki Di Roti And Sarso Da Saag. Being punjabi its my duty to make this every winters so today i made it. Many people make this with different different method but i made it in a simple way. Have a look on my recipe. 

Sarso Ka Saag 500gram
Palak 300gram
Bathua 100gram
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Dhaniya powder
Desi ghee
Green chillies
Makki ka atta
White butter

First we have to chopped palak, saag and bathua wash it around 3 4 times and then take a handi add water litle bit of salt and add chopped saag, palak and bathua boil it very well.

Now with the help of masher mash it very well add 3 tbs of makki ka atta and mash it all well so that everything will mix perfectly and keep aside.

Now take earthan pot or any tadka pan but i made it in earthan pot add 3 to 4 tbs desi ghee add chopped garlic and ginger saute them for 4mins. Now add chopped onions and saute untill onions turn pink.

Add spices salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder and green chillies mix it all well then add mashed saag in this earthan pot and mix it all well add one chopped tomato (optional) cook it on low flame for atleast 10mins u can add desi ghee according to you.

Thats it serve hot with makki ki roti with sarso da saag and white butter , onion and green chilli.
