I think a role model is a mentor – someone you see on a daily basis, and you learn from them and for me that person in my life is the guy who did is MBA from Boston’s Bentley Business University, who counted amongst one of the youngest, successful restaurateurs of India not only he is the one who has a rich heritage spanning over four decades in the Indian culinary and hospitality industry. It’s not the end he is the one who was recognized amongst the 50 Most Influential Young Indians by GQ India and “Restaurateur of the Year Award, 2014”, By Vir Sanghvi. If you still wondering my role model & mentor is then he is none other than Mr. Zorawar Kalra . Yes the man behind nine restaurants across five brands, including Masala Library and Farzi Café and this year even the judge of Master Chef season 5 show.
But what I wants to share today is Ideas excite me, and as soon as I get excited, the adrenaline gets going and the next thing I know I’m borrowing energy from the ideas themselves and this time what I am excited for is “Pa Pa Ya” a new revolution in the food industry once again by my hero. It is gonna be a complete reinvention of Asian cuisine. After getting the success in the city of Mumbai it is time for Delhites for having eating an experience unlike where they will take you on a culinary journey through the landscape of Asia in a manner which has never been done before. Launching on 16th december 2016 at saket select city walk.
