The Pavilion is the coffee shop of ITC Maurya, its is open 24 hours with a working buffet and A-la-carte. It has been serving many cuisines like Chinese, Continental, North Indian and South Indian. It provides the most affable ambience ideal for round the clock dining with a view of the open air swimming pool of ITC Maurya.

The service was top notch with a very cheerful ambience and pleasant interiors. They have recently launched their new menu with an extensively wide range of new, exciting and inventive  dishes. The menu includes Pavilion Shrimp Cocktail which are citrus- spiked prawns drilled with classic cocktail sauce accompanied with roast beets and spicy apple chutney, some new beverages like Butternut Squash and Carrot Purée. Two new burgers have been introduced Chicken Katsu Burger and The Green Burger, other exciting dishes like Mushroom and Bean Fricasse; and Lamb Rib and Broad Bean Tagine have also been added, the most amazing part is that the classic Butter Chicken is now a part of their menu along with everyone’s favourite Dilli ki Chaat. To end it on a sweet note there were Milk Chocolate Parfait and Pavilion Chocolate Fudge to satisfy my each and every taste bud! A must visit for all.
