Cheese Maxican Roll

image image image Again its raining here and i want to make something new so i made cheese maxican roll it was yumm but litle bit heavy 😝 but its good for kids.

First we need to make – MACRONI

Ingredients:-

1 Packet Macroni

3 onions chopped

1 Green Capsicum

1 Yellow Capsicum

1 Red Capsicum

1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste

3 tomatoes pureed

Salt to taste

½ tsp. cumin seeds

2 tbsp. oil

1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. red chilli powder

1 tsp. coriander powder

1 tsp. garam masala

1.tsp tomato sauce

Method:-

1. First we have to boil Macroni with lil bit salt and oil and keep aside.

2.Take a wok and heat oil. Add onions and cook it untill they turn golden fry

3.Add all spices except garam masala and give a brown colour to masalas.

4.Add tomato pure and saute the gravy over high flame for 8-10 minutes till fat separates.

5.Add Capsicums and cook it till capsicums cooked well.

6.Add the boiled macroni and mix it all well and let it be book on low flame for 10mins.

7.Now add 1tsp tomato sauce it well and serve hot.

image Now Its Time To Make – Maxican Roll

Ingredients:-

1 Roomali Roti

1 Amul Cheese Cube

1tsp. Oregano Masala

1tsp. Tomato Ketchup

1tsp. Chilli Sauce

Salad lattuce

Method:- image 1. First take a roomali roti fold corners and make it a square shape. image 2. Spread Salad lattuce image 3. Add Some Tomato Sauce then add macroni and then oregano masala, chilli sauce, tomato sauce again and then grate cheese and roll it and cut from the center thats it image
