Happy EID to all my friends.
Meethi Sewai
Ingredients:-
1. Cup sewaiya
1/2. Cup sugar
2. Cup water
1tsp. Hari elaichi powder
7-8 Almonds (Sliced)
5-7tbs. Ghee

Method:-

1. Take a kadai and heat ghee add sewaiya and mix it well.

2. Cook it on low flame untill sewaiya cooked well or golden brown.

3. Now take a pan add water and sugar add green elaichi let it be boil.

4. Now add sugar syrup in sewaiya and let them cooked on medium flame.

5. Cooked it untill sewaiya cooked well with sugar syrup.

6. Now take a serving dish add sewaiya and garnish it with almonds thats it
