Ingredients : –
Tofu – 250 – 400Gram
2. Medium Onions ( Chopped )
3. Tomato ( Pured )
1tsp. Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1tsp. Red chilli Powder
1tsp. Dhaniya Powder
1/2tsp. Garam masala
1. Take a pan heat some oil add onions and saute them untill they turn golden brown ( For Time Saving u can add litle bit salt during saute the onions so it will take less time to get golden brown).
2. Now add spices – salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, dhaniya powder mix all well cook it on low untill oil separates.
3. Add tomato pure spoon by spoon on high flame mix it well ur masala will leave oil quickly by adding tomato spoon by spoon ( Thats My Time Saving Trick ).
4. Once ur onion tomato masala leaves oil now u can add tofu cubes and mix it all well add cream or malai mix all well and cover it and let it be cook for atleast 7-8mins on low flame.
5. Check spices if something is required u can add now and add some garam masala and hara dhaniya thats it .
Cheese Tofu paneer Recipe
1 Pizza Base
2 Slices Of Amul Cheese
1. Take Baking Dish Place Pizza Base, Spread Tomato Sauce, mustad sauce and Cheese
2. Now Add Tofu ki Sabji evenly spread then add cheese.
3. Now Add Oregano Masala And Chiili Flakes (Optional)
4. Now U can Bake It In Microwave But If u don’t have then u can cook in Fry Pan also
5. Heat fry pan spread some butter place ur pizza and cover it and let it be cooked for atleast 10min.
